Ski Day 8:  Somehow, today felt colder than yesterday.

The temps were comparable, and the wind was greatly reduced, but it was DAMP.

Best snow was on Pine Knot (early), Showcase, WildAir, Sunway, Twister, Upper Steilhang, Lies (below the headwall), Lower Darby, Hullabaloo, Santanoni, Headwaters. The whole lower mountain, the darkside, and other selected spots were all good. Topridge was decent.  A much bigger crowd meant that conditions didn't hold up as well as yesterday, but still a huge number of skiers stayed until the lifts shut down.

I have to say that the decision to sacrifice Chatiemac for the DarkSide, looks like a great one.

It just feels like there is more to do.

I heard I didn't miss much today. Probably a good thing since I hurt my leg.

I see you're using your phone for pics now?

Agree on Dark Side for Chati (and Open Pit) works for me.   Bring on Burnt Ridge next.   Top sketchy today, rest of mtn holding very well
