I'm heading to NYC the first weekend in Nov

Gonna hit a Giants game. So psyched, even tho they are awful this year. Never been to a pro football game before. Haven't been to NYC since the summer of 1986 --- should be interesting.  

Going to do any tailgating?  I saw a game there a few years ago.  Lots of parking - the more avid tailgaters seemed to be on the south side.

Impressive building, but $1.2B didn't get you any part of a roof on the thing.

Camp in NYC:

I'm not sure what we're going to do. We're lucky in that we have a box. The friend we are going with lives in NYC and her company has given her their box for the game --- stoked on that! I'm sure we'll just follow her lead as she knows all the ins and outs of the place.

I actually spent a lot of time as s teenager in NYC. My friends and I would go on the weekends to go get drunk, stoned, and see hard core shows at places like The Ritz, CB's and the Wetlands. Those were some fun times.

Raisin DMC is one to talk. You can get him crying in less than three sentences. He is a sissy boy that gets fired from every job he gets because of his sissy attitude. You don't to explain yourself.

Loved the Wetlands...  used to see Agnostic Front there all the time.   I miss that joint..

From a management/design/crowd control perspective it still looks like an odd unloading zone for a chairlift but I haven't skied there in probably 25 years. Isn't that Belt Parkway trail really busy?
