Is this thread that out of date? Good grief.
It is not quite summer yet, but spring has its delights. Wild leeks (aka ramps for you New Englanders) are in full bloom:  Leeks are the menu most day around here. Blue Toes harvests in a sustainable fashion and we have about 40 acres of the things.
