What you've been saying is it's your way, your point of view is the only correct one. That's all I've gotten out of what you've been saying.
Truth!

You could say that about every post from Matt for the last year.  You either bleed liberal from your panties or your a heartless idiot  in Matt's narrow world view.  He and his type are exactly the problem that will not allow any thing to get done.  There always is someone else to help and an endless supply of money with which to accomplish that.

Is coach doing a little projecting?

There's no shortage of right wingers who think they own the truth.

Of course there is, that's the problem for me. I can't stand either of em and they behave exactly the same. They are so stubborn in their group-think mentality they can't accept  or hear anything other than their beliefs. That shit is dangerous.

I don't know how you drew that conclusion based on what my opinions are but there are tons of things I don't understand about you, carry on.

I took a look at the original article and the one that is the source for Matts chart last night when I got home. This is an interesting subject. I think there definately is something to it. There's a whole bunch of people in this country who are profoundly dissatisfied with the political class. Just the fact that they identify with one party or the other at any moment in time doesn't mean the country isn't ready for a big shift. Otherwise Trump wouldn't have gotten the nomination or won the election.

Is this ^ point of view "the correct one"? No, but it's correct for you and your values system (apparently).

When a guy makes an argument for an opinion, he's just arguing what the correct answer is for him. I can point to all sorts of sources that inform my opinion if you'd like, or I can outline my broader agenda of environmentalism, democratic socialism, & a business environment that favors small firms over huge multinational corporations.

But you don't want that. You just want to call me a nanny state liberal who thinks he knows what's best for everyone. It would get a little tiresome if I posted "this guy thinks his old white guy music is the only good music" after everyone of your posts in the bitchin' tunes thread, but that's essentially what you're doing to me in the political threads.

Think about the opposite of this statement. Is that the kind of person you see yourself as?

There is no person worth helping and no money for them anyway?

Why is there always plenty of money for missiles, jets, and aircraft carriers, but no money for health care, veterans, or education?

You know what's funny is some of the music I've posted in that thread is new. Your tunnel vision continues.

It could be new and still be "old white guy music". Old white guys love The Black Keys, Kings of Leon and (ugh) Nickelback.

I made the point because posting that after every one of your posts would give you a sense of how it feels to constantly get the same shit from the same person.

I can chart out exactly what people say at this point:

Me: The Rich and Big Business are colluding with Republicans in government to make life terrible for workers while more money flows to the top
You: That's just, like, your opinion man, it doesn't mean it's true
Coach: More left drivel from a communist kook
RaisingArizona: Both sides are the same, Democrats would do the exact same things that Trump is doing
PeeTex: Actually, it's all the Clinton's fault. Actually.... ACTUALLY....
Harv: I have some personal experience in my job or in the ADKs...

It's like we're in Westworld, all doomed to read the same scripts over and over and over again.

The Dems have been in 16years and the rep have been in 20years since 1980.  You can blame whatever party you want but I believe they are both responsible for the income inequality.  That's the fact.
