What fun is - is when your kid takes you to 677 for dinner & drinks (lots of drinks)  and they pay the bill (including the night over at their house, breakfast the following morning and a romp with the grand kids). That's when you know you are really living.

After years of a fear of dogs (bitten 3 times) I am a new convert to dogs.  The unconditional and relentless positivity is inspiring.

Wouldn't it be great if WE could model behavior HERE that we'd like society to be like .

In other words , its cool to disagree without being disagreeable . I am as guilty as the next guy here ,of sometimes going over the damn line , but maybe we can agree not to agree like pros instead of a bunch of wahoo's and start demeaning each other shit as people we ALL are OK and its cool to have a wide variety of opinion .


I am really interested in what you guys have to say and i WILL make a CONSCIENTIOUS. Effort not to use condesention .EXCEPT of course when we are legitimately BREAKIN Balls  on each other deliberatly and in ways that are strictly phun

Shit i may never agree with ya , but i can respect  ya , if ya show me the same stuff courtesy . And by in large WE DO THAT But on occasion we forget ter3 is a real person on the other end

But under NO circumstances do i want ball bustin to stop otherwise we become too damned tight assed and that is boring as hell

I think it's recognizing when it's a good time to bow out gracefully.

I like a good discussion and even a bit of an argument and I'm not immune to letting myself get carried away from time to time but I always feel better about myself when I have the will power to timely pull the ripcord.

Good point Zona , btw hows that course going fot you  ? Hope things are still manageable and that you still MAKE time for that cute daughter ...that is what really counts !!!

Tree houses are fun

I'm going to pass and that's all that matters. One or two C's is not going to make or break me getting into a program so I'm not going to get worked up over not being a perfect A student. I'm sort of just trying to figure it out as I go anyways and the professors always seem to understand that and I think they genuinely really like me and want to see me succeed. that support means a lot, especially for getting into their program but my GPA is well above the requirement for any program anyways.

Beyond that, I'm miserable but I only have two more weeks to go and then it will hopefully all seem like it was worth it.

Glad those damn rats are gone!!! I couldn't believe it but my yellow lab Pica Baby caught a damn chipmunk the other day and she didn't wanna give it up either. She was one proud pup
