Wow I had a long day of train travel and work... that was actually made almost entertaining by watching this thread.

I like how everyone has their own modified version of the roboskier that they are crafting for themselves.  There is some perfect nordo/alpine/work mix to fit my temperament.  I still have to dream it up, so you guys are way ahead of me.

I think MMM should do something specific for skiers. I think it would be a good market for him.

Move to Colorado, where Bongs are so, uh, 1995. It's all baked and vaped these days.
Over the past couple of years using a Volcano, I have come to the conclusion that 1995 was a great year for me.  IMO: Vaping leaves the job 1/2 done.  Love the food, but unfortunately, it's not cost effective... typically, I mega-dose on the weekends, but if I switched solely to food, I'd be broke in no time.

Screw the elitists in CO... we've got a better system in WA.

Re: A new evil

2000yearoldskier
When I moved to Montana in 1998 I kept a low profile on the ski hill.
If someone asked what I did for a living,  I would say I was unemployed.
Ski hill rumors soon had me in witness protection program.
When asked I would always deny, deny, deny.

Get a g pen and some oil, that'll get the job 3/2 done. Don't need to worry about wind, either. Your tolerance on the other hand...

Yup... tried 'em all in the volcano... you name it... Shatter, Wax, JuJu... still don't get that Whacked when I vape it.... put it in the bong, and I'm good.

I don't think MMM would include skiing in any of his financial planning schemes.
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.

I disagree. There is clearly a spot for it here:

PT - are you getting grumpier? Maybe it's just the avatar. I can't tell.

For the regular folks I often wonder how the possibility of stepping off the curb and getting hit by a bus factors into their thinking. The carpe diem thing is certainly a driver for many.

You guys should try it sometime, you might like it... or is that what you are afraid of?

You know, I don't really exhibit the classic stereotypical effects, for me it's good for getting stuff done like house cleaning, errands, pow skiing, and riding bikes. After something like that though I can mow down some food. Like tacos....mmm tacos. I'm about to get after that pretty soon.
