Interesting....a highly practical, economically creative idea...requiring a constitutional amendment(!?). I thought some of the Lake George Wild Forest lands north of Lake Luzerne on River Road along the Hudson were already being leased for farming. Drive down River Road and there are signs about the lands being used for farming.
