Pics would help. I googled and am guessing that you referring to the ones on EBay for $70.
If so, those bindings are at least 30 years old. Paint chipping off the toe bails and come with beat-looking Voile plates. The Voile plates are useful thing if you are trying to tele on floppy leather boots, but otherwise are an historic artifact.
