Backyard Backcountry Exploration

I made my way up the mountain behind our house in the Adirondack Park to a section of woods that was logged two winters ago. The past two summers I have been clearing out 3 zones of the logged area. This is "zone 1", a small cliff-span with some fun little pillows. Filmed this in late Feb and it was the first time I have skied any of the zones.

Had my handy helmet on, cell service and visual contact with the house. Literally in my backyard!!
