This guy built his own chairlift. Not sure where he is located, but this is pretty much my dream. Sorta.

^ That is a cool video, Ethan. I had seen an article about his house but had no idea about the scope of the project. For a guy that got dropped by his sponsors, he sure seems to have some resources. In other news, any aging tele skier will appreciate this. I will admit to wearing form-fitting pants while dropping a knee back in the 80s.

Wow... it's been a while since someone posted to this thread. Just stumbled upon this local PNW gem. Sadly, both of the featured skiers are deceased. Scott Wicklund looks like a fantastic Tele-rider.... Who knows...Some day I may decide to bend the knee

Was out in the Stevens playground this morning... it's been cold over here... saw a good report from Mission too... April Pow in the PNW kicks ass!!

How many trips up and back?

Nope.  Not mine... I follow Jeff... He's a West Sider IMO: with a knack for harvesting some the best footage in the Cascades... Along with Jason Hummel, these guys have produced some amazing vids over the past decades...

I know Jason's name. His work is great, though have only seen stills - does he also do video work? I am sure you have seen some of our work. We are getting away from the idea of trip reports and focusing on story..

It would be great to get a critique from Jason and Jeff on what we are doing..  Let me know. Great edit, looks like the snow came late for you too. Its still snowing out East in VT and Upstate NY.
