When skiing the park, don't go off the sides of ramps before rails.  I don't know how many people I have to tell this, but really, if you're not going to hit the rail, just avoid the feature entirely.  Here's a video:

No worries about me in the parks. When I was a kid growing up we used to get in trouble for building jumps and catching "air", now they build jumps bigger than my house ....not for me.
