Windham is still independent. It was on the MAX Pass for 2017-18 but is not part of Ikon. Does it have potential for Alterra?

Chip Seamans is Pres/GM of Windham, having come from Kirkwood in 2011 where he was COO. Vail bought Kirkwood in 2012. The CEO and majority shareholder of Windham Mountain Partners was Randy MacDonald after 2011 but
he died in 2016.
Seamans was hired because Tim Woods, who was Pres/GM of Windham for 15 years had the opportunity to buy
Woods Valley in 2011. Woods Valley was created by Tim Woods' father in 1964 but sold by the family in 1988 after his death.
