The Rip Stick is a slightly softer in the tail version of their adult consumer non FIS GS race ski. It was intended to be Elan's Skier Cross ski. The slightly softer tail makes it more fun to free ski on and much less work than a full race ski.
This is a ski is fantastic on ice and firm snow with great edge hold. Would make a great WF or Gore or Catskills firm snow day ski for someone. They are in near perfect condition both top and bottom and have been skied less than 20 days total over 2 seasons. The binding is a fusion system binding so it will easily fit any boot. Fully tuned and ready to ski. As you may know I made the switch to Volkl so I need to clear out all my Elan gear. $325 is a crazy good deal!
