It is a 3 person, dual door, dual vestibule design with very heavy duty fabric and coatings. It is a very sturdy and dry tent as well.
The downside is that is a bit heavy. I believe it is nearly 7 pounds.
The tent comes with aluminum stakes and a footprint.
I had the two person version as well for a few years prior to this one and I put a lot of miles on that one - never once had a failure.
I'm asking $125 + Shipping or arrange for meetup somewhere between Rochester and Rome (I head through there fairly often).
