Sno  I can really tell your generation has been really groomed by Corporate America, big box stores waterparks ,chain hotels and eateries and multi purpose ski areas. Nobody is wrong its just what is implanted in your generation.
I hit Windy last Spring on the way to Gore, everything open, we left for Gore about 2 pm.  Skied Gore next day left Gore for home around 5pm even with a 4hr ride . I would drive by Windham for Gore anytime. Windham has too many similar trails. I want to try Coach's 3 part plan. The ADK's rule!
Want to spend special time with your children, teach them to ski or snowboard. The reward will be endless!

I am going back to Gore.  Done deal.  I just hope that it snow more this winter in Jan and Feb in the daks.  My son Drew is going to do the all season mountain adventure.  It is a good deal at $1200 bucks including the season pass.  I will ski with my younger on Sundays for he will do the 6 week mountain adventure.  All in all it is not too bad.

Thanks for all of your input.
On piste is better then no piste
