Gore this week (1/18 - 1/21/11)

I skied Gore Tue.,Wed., Thur.and Fri. With out a doubt the best week of the year.  It snowed every day and I skied all over the mt. The trees are good, but we still need more snow in the woods. The steeper pitches are getting skied off.  Nothing skied bad, but the best trail on the mt. has to be Sagamore. I've spent the last three days on it. If you like ungroomed and soft bumps top to bottom, it's the place to be. I was still skiing last weeks pow today.( I'm glad it's hard to get to).

Love Sagamore.  On a powder day I can do laps on that trail until my legs shake.  I know you guys all love the trees, but boy it would be nice to have one more "sagamorish" trail on BR.  It is sorta nice that it is hard to get to.  People don't even know that it is there unless they are familiar with the mountain and if they start out from the base they probably won't ever go back.

Was there today and twas GOOD!  Everything I skied was in great shape.
