They opened Greek Peak East today, but with no interconnect. The only way to get over there is by vehicle. They were running a shuttle, but only 4 people took advantage of it. 3 other cars of people drove up. I don't think we saw more than 8-10 people there all afternoon. The sun shines longer there, so we felt no need to go over to the shady side, which would mean taking gear off and driving. Three of us were the only ones riding the triple (Chair 5) into the late afternoon. We had the place to ourselves. It was like our own ski slope. The lifties said we were the only ones there for quite some time, minus the short visit by the few others.
Conditions were firm and fast, fresh man-made snow. There were death cookies, but they were like marbles and were quite carveable with a little vibration.
They are working on the interconnect. Depends on what the weather does this week.
