Paddled Henderson Lake Monday. Still a lot of ice floating in the north end, but no bugs. After pulling out at the dam at the end of the day, I saw a helicopter flying in a northerly direction very low over the lake. It looked like it was spraying something. Anyone know what that might be?

As far as choppers in the area, I wonder if they were practicing fire fighting. I read in the news that DEC was doing a lot of fire training this spring.
