Irene damaged Whiteface infrastructure

my intial reaction was they are just finding this now?  but its true that ORDA was a big help in the local area after Irene.  They also probably are just having more workings come on payroll now

does anyone know if Orda is insured for this or it will have to come out of their budget

It is old news. It's probably in the paper now because it was discussed at the ORDA BOD meeting, which is attended by the press.  Good possibility that insurance will pick up the tab. Fingers crossed.
