My dad (Zach), my younger sister and I made the trip up to Killington on friday, skeptical of the conditions and trails open. To be honest, I didnt care what was open, I just wanted to ski.
We arrived in the parking lot at about 10:30, after making the drive over from Gore. There was a good bit of cars in the parking lot, mostly Vermont locals, and out of state cars (Mass, NJ, CT.)
We boarded the K-1 Gondola and arrived to a snowy, Killington Peak. Guns were roaring on Great Northern all the way down to the bottom of the North Ridge Triple (only the upper section of Great Northern was open).

The Reason Terrain Park was full of skiers and riders hiking the 6 features they had set up. Rime had snowmaking top to bottom and was groomed flat,

On the other hand, Upper East Fall had snowmaking top to bottom but was bumped up with big moguls.
