Lake Placid Craigwood-Lussi loop question...

So I'm heading up with some friends for the PMD shuttle this weekend.  

We're planning to do a morning session for a few hours before the shuttle starts.  It looks like the Jackrabbit trail connects the Craigwood trails to the Lussi trails.  

Any recommendations on a loop connecting the two?  Where to park?  Is the Jackrabbit trail worth doing on a bike or would it be better to drive to each trails parking lot?

there are those that can answer better than I but we parked on river road to ride lussi last year, were only on the jackrabbit for a short while - nice warmup/cool down. lot's of info here
