Made it Into Backcountry Magazine

Well, looks like I finally made it big in my ski career....featured in Backcountry Magazine's 2018 Gear Guide articles:

This photo is me (cutoff behind the guy), my dad (Jon951), and middle brother, from March 2016 @ Shooting Star Saloon on the way out of Snowbasin.  We were there the day BC Mag was doing their annual gear test, were talking to the guys running it, then coincidentally ended up at the Shooting Star later that day and they all pulled up in a huge bus for the afterparty...recognized us and let us drink on their tab.  I guess they used an old photo for this years article, I just happened to see it while browsing.

I wonder if those Volkl VTAs are any good.

Backcountry Mag is based in VT, right? I feel like I drive past it on my way to Smugg's?
