My Ski Run Count

Little did I know that every time my pass gets scanned at the ski lifts of Mountain Creek, it counts as a run and it gets stored in a database. When I forgot to bring my pass last night, I hit up the ticket window at South for a forgotten pass lift ticket. The guy behind the counter saw my run count and said "you got 217 runs this season already, no way". There were also many times that I got on the ski lift and my pass was not scanned. These runs were not even counted. I had logged 12 days at Creek by the time that I was given this number. That means that I averaged 18 runs per day. I probably took at least 20 per day if I factor in the times that my pass was not scanned. That is a lot of runs in very little time. If this rate continues, then I will have over 850 runs at Creek by the end of their season which will be March 30, 2014. That's a lot of runs.
