Plans/contractor for ~2500 sq.ft. Adk House w/walkout basement - LP

Thinking about living the dream. Seeking plans for construction of 2500 sqaure foot ADK style house in LP. Acre lot in possession. Attribtes of lot include gradual downward slope. Will have to do some grading, and not sure the degree of regrading allowed. I speculate a walkout basement would work nicely. Also interested in putting in 3 car high ceiling garage, one bay to accomodate a lift

Seeking existing blueprint to be used as a starting point, and recomendation for reputable builder. Also, recommendation to a good architect in the area would be helpful.

Need foundation, framing, roofing, and siding done (natural materials). Will pull permits for electrical and mechanicals, and do myself. Will need drywall and finish done.

Any prints, leads on a contractor, and/or architect will be appreciated.

Its about time I get this done, as I have been thinking about doing this for quite some time now. Rumor has it, the price per sq. ft. has come down significantly due to economic conditions. For the locals out there, can you validate this speculation?
