RIP indeed.
Except for a brief flirtation with Tyrolia (and only because they came with the second-hand skis) I have been skiing consistently on Salomon bindings since I was 14. That was a long time ago. I still have the Salomon 502s that I got when I was 16, mounted on a pair of Dynastar MPIs.
