There is still some skiing to be had in the Sierras. Most of the pitches are around 800-1,000 feet vertical or less.

Thanks, with a record snowpack on the ground, I thought it would be rude not to keep skiing.

what is the snow like?

It's nice and consolidated and skis good all day. The surface is a little rough, but totally manageable.
