The new/old owners want to build one at MC as well.  What's weird is that the hotels they already have are embarrassingly underutilized, so I don't know how another one will succeed.
I've lived in New York my entire life.

More watermarks down south may prevent the gaperazation of Jay any further.  One thing WF or gore will never have is a waterpark.
