Spring Weather (2014)

I got a decent coating in Rockland County...

I did in Orange County.  WHY ISN'T THE CRICK OPEN!  I can't even look at the Hunter webcam, they are closed with wall to wall coverage and it looks like there is even more snow now.  

At this point, it's just a tease. Amost like putting a band aid on a wound that needs stitches...Whatever snow and ice fell won't last long. In fact, the sooner it warms back up, the sooner we can end the worst season in the ADKs...mud season.

Got to pick your battles...can't get excited over this one.

Hugoesque flooding. I never seen so much rain in one hour.

Not impressed with the spring weather at all. Nice that we have so much snow still hanging around but weekends have either been choice a day or choice getting wet. Trend looks to continue this weekend. Cold, cloudy, and wet mostly during the week, too. Would certainly appreciate having some lift service options in May and perhaps K even goes until June. But I'd gladly trade a few weeks of lift serviced for some warmer weather and sunshine.

Absolutely crazy amount of rain today.

We got 6 inches in about 2 hours.

Floyd was 10 inches in about 8 hours.

I saw that last night. I was hoping for a big light show but we did not get a drop here in north NJ.
