Storm Speculation 2/21/2016

Really, it's Tuesday through Thursday that could be unsettled/active.  Cold air seeping down, lows coming up.....as usual, storm track will determine.  Right now some seem to be wondering if it will track just off the coast or slightly inland.  Hopefully that means a further inland track with warm air for the NY mountains isn't on the table, but Jason will let us know....

when are we going to get some good old fashion clippers - that is what brings the best snow to WF.  A nice zonal flow off the great lakes with some cold temps delivers us the goods this time of year.

Clippers are great , snow on the mt none in the driveway.

Hello All..
As of now, this weekend's low will bring snow showers, what has my eye is the storm around the 23rd..
the 12z run of both the GFS and Euro have Armageddon events..GFS is all rain ,the Euro all snow..Who's right nobody knows..Patience will be needed on this...
I'm sure the models will be flip flopping like a politician .
