Support new local ADK farms and drink

Tonight we tried the new AuSable Brewing Company on a Taco Thursday.  They just opened in the last month.  The beer is really solid with a mix for all types of beer drinkers.  Mace Chasm Farms brings their food truck and serves tacos which were really good.  Great vibe with a mix of locals young and old.  They also are doing sausage Saturdays.  Dining is outside on shared picnic tables and they have a Bon fire going.  Dress appropriately.

Hours are limited just Thursday thru Sunday.  Check it out. I would think this would be Scotty Jack kind of place.  It's in Keeseville.

Lots of other local foods becoming a big thing up here.  We used to do a CSA with Asgrad Farms but instead changed to getting 1/4 cows from Moon Valley Farms.
