Re: Tele Boot Repair

Lol I'm guessing it probably causes cancer.

I always keep a tube if shoe goo around. Great stuff - I wouldn’t be surprised if they discovered it cures cancer

If you don't need the pinholes, then sure, try some Shoe Goo
I should have listened to the master. Day cut short because I didn't fill in the holes. I think the repair would be much stronger with the holes filled in. One toe semi-re-blew-out.

I wasn't sure if it would hold or not so I got down doing low impact parallel turns.

Re: Tele Boot Repair

I redid the shoe goo and I've giving it a shot.  But I REALLY don't like the idea that I have to baby my gear.

I called Scarpa and they assured me that the best match to a 27.5 T1 is the Scarpa TX Pro.

I'm probably going to buy then next week.

Really not a fan of 22D after this, they just don't seem to care.

Still will probably buy the Outlaw.

It's a lot to do midseason, boots, binding, remount. The whole thing pisses me off.

Tele guys any advice welcome.

Re: Tele Boot Repair

Another option is BIshop, but I can't help with anything other than mentioning them (and of course Rottefella).

I'm in the stone ages with 75mm gear.  My plastic T2s still seem like space gear to me.  And yes, I'm with you on 22 - thought they were a good company, but when I looked into this again, it seems like they are putting their hands in the air and hoping you go to NTN.  Stupid, but about par for the course.

You're a resort skier.  Just go NTN and be done with it.

Good luck!
