Ticket issued for Phelps Mt keg party

So the ticket was for a group that was too large, not the keg.  Is it legit to carry a keg to the summit?  I guess so.

Holly crap. I lugged 4 cases of beer (with ice) 3-4 miles into the Adirondacks, it was a relatively flat hike. That nearly killed me. Humping a keg up a peak, that’s impressive.
