I'm too old and tired to go hiking for more turns. It's time to go Walleye fishing! The wife and I go up to Canyon Ferry Lake almost every weekend. The lake is somewhere around 26 miles long and about 4 miles wide. A lot like Lake George. It is part of the Missouri River. It has trophy walleyes ( up to 17 pounds ) and rainbows ( up to 10 pounds ). It has almost no development on the shores... just one marina and some houses on the North end. We stay at the south end of the lake where the river dumps in and attracts the most fish. I have the camper now but we used to camp anywhere we wanted along the shore. Eventually my wife got tired of tent camping. The water temps are in the upper 40's now but will get near 70 later. I hate cold water so I won't go swimming or water skiing until then.
