One thought I had the other day was that if the climate does continue to go in the direction it seems to be going the snow levels at those European resorts with 5k+ of vertical is going to continue to rise. Maybe this place is the best shot at reliable big mountain skiing on a warming planet and if that is the case this plan might actually be brilliant.
I'm serious, this place could own the corner on the market in another 20 or 30 years.
