Holy Mackerel! That's a big difference. They've never had snowmaking or lights on the trail under the old double before, I wonder if they're planning on putting some in this year...

Today's West Picture. Towers removed. Grass looks nicer than my backyard. Backhoe working just over the hump. Big dozer to the right lower down doing dozer stuff. That's 1000feet of vertical to the snaggy tree at the top top right . What a Monday night beer league they'll have now.

On their Facebook page, West Mountain has been posting photos of work on Holy Mackerel as well as the new cleared area that they are now calling Gnar-Wall, a new trail.  Lower portion of former double lift area to become terrain park.  Check it out if interested.
