Will there be skiing in the Northeast by Thanksgiving?

As of now it's looking like another non skiing Thanksgiving weekend

Just too much warm air for the next couple of weeks. I'm sure some areas will try to get a trail or two opened, but that's not much fun.

I'm just hoping I don't have to plan a last minute Vermont trip again first weekend in December..that's so not right..Drove up to Stratton last season Dec. 4th and 5th and they only had like 6 trails open..

Bellayre STILL seems to be claiming an opening of Nov 12th, but that's almost laughable at this point...though I'm cartainly not laughing. :-(

My Octobers always seem to be better than Novembers. Ah well, December always kicks it into gear. Eventually...

I sure hope so. I'm jonesing bad after seeing all the pics and video here.
