Wrisley Skis, made in Lake Placid
One of my ski buddies is the grandson of Loren Wrisley, the subject of this very cool article that ran on NCPR yesterday:
Adirondack Attic: Wrisley skis made in Lake Placid
I'd like to help my buddy track down a pair of these skis. If anybody's got a lead on a pair, let me know.
Thanks!

Awesome, thx SJ!
Here's a follow-up article that ran in the Lake Placid news yesterday with a lot of fascinating history about Wrisley's involvement in developing the early ski trails on Little Whiteface. Cool stuff for anyone interested in Whiteface history.
Ski pioneer - Artifacts help tell story of Lake Placid ski maker Loren Wrisley

We pushed this out on Facebook to see if anyone knew anything. Lots of eyeballs but no comments.
