His video was entirely a high aerial view. The woman was a total asshole who deserved to be arrested, and the boy would have been arrested instead if he hadn't recorded her attack on his phone.

The woman does appear to be an idiot, but common sense would dictate that buzzing that thing over people on the beach was bound to piss someone off. 50ft isn't that high and the people below have no idea what kind of camera is onboard.
