Gear/Lift Tix from NYSB Partners

NYSkiBlog has become an affiliate of Liftopia and the following gear outlets:

 >> Liftopia

 >> Backcountry.com
 >> SierraTradingPost.com
 >> REI.com
 >> Eastern Mountain Sports
 >> EVO
 >> OMC Gear

If you click on any of the links above or the ads at top of the various forums and then buy something, NYSB gets a small percent (+/-5%).

This does not cost you anything, and will help us cover costs of hosting and web development.  (By end of next summer we hope to be fully responsive, mobile friendly, Zelda would kill if she knew how much time and money.)

After the Liftopia Poll results, that partnership seemed like a no-brainer.

The Gear Poll was also influential in these choices.

If you haven't voted in either of these polls please feel free to do so.

And if it works for you, please click on the links above patronize our affiliates. Thanks.

Backcountry.com Update:

BC.com just sent me a note saying that if we can increase our sales vs last Nov-December they will bump our commission by 4%.  If you have gear needs and can find what you on Backcountry.com, we'd appreciate it you'd use any of the links/ads in the forum.

If it helps: All ad revenue from this season is being directed at the new website development cost, except for a recent donation to the Wildwater Guides Fire fund and a small amount of support that will be used to help get the word out about the Adirondack Powder Skiers Association initiative.

Thanks. Harv

LOL thanks Snowhunter.

I try not to spam up the forum too much with this kind of stuff. But Backcountry dangled this big incentive that could really make a difference in our finances.  They're a good company and I like that ad up there too.
