I'm terrible at posting images/links....so surely someone can take care of the visual weather porn for us?

This was the 24hr accumulated snowfall from the 12z GFS run..18z just came out but still uploading

My early call is 8 inches for the dacks, still many moving pieces

I think a very interesting next 7 days or so...i'm sensing a big event for someone..the trend is colder and colder

What's with the blank spot on the map northeast of Montreal? Is that zero inches or four feet?

That's a beautiful map - makes me want to drive to Maine or N. Conway.

Maine in the bullseye,  but a big thumping across much of the East...

My usual 3 hour drive home last night took me 5, even with AWD and good snows.
