A solid day of skiing yesterday gave grooming team a solid night’s work. We are rolling our fresh corduroy on our Lower and Middle Mountains and the tropical temps (alright, 32° but after last week it feels like Spring) have softened up some of the harder pack so early morning skiing will give you a sweet, buttery surface.

What’s more, the positive part of these colder temps means that some there are some parts of the mountain where you will be able to find some untracked pow—you might have to go looking but it will be the most rewarding game of hide and seek you’ll probably play. This is how we do midweek skiing.

Yesterday was an amazing day on the slopes with soft turns and groomers for days. Turns out Bernardi’s Party and Hell’s Kitchen were where it was at… hopefully you can check them out for yourselves today! It’s looking mighty fine in the afternoon and you definitely won’t need that extra layer as we are seeing some temps that are normally reserved for spring skiing. Our snowmaking crews are going to get a break as they collect themselves and evaluate where they are blowing snow next as we ready ourselves for the warmth.

Tonight is our opening round of Open Mic Night (7-9 p.m. every Thursday) and our kitchen will be giving our primo conditions a run for their money with the start of our Thursday Prime Rib special. See you on the slopes!

Hey Brownski, Best suggestion would be to go to our Instagram page for some recent pics :). We'll try to throw some in here and there as well--Saturday looks like it might be a decent day to get some pow shots!

It's a good time to test out that water repellent that you might have received over the holidays! It’s going to be a wet one but our groomers are still laying out fresh corduroy for you to take advantage of this AM. The good news is that our trails are holding up exceptionally well and the better news is that once we make it through the day it’s looking like the winter we know and love will be here for a while with a dumping of snow on Saturday and flurries on and off through the week with temperatures leveling out. Due to some forecasted wind and weather ick, we are currently skiing lower and middle mountains and will update the report if we see the opportunity to open up Chair VIII and the Upper.

Here’s the scoop folks—the rain came last night and the wind is coming this morning. The mountain ops teams checked some spots on the hill and it’s holding up decently well. We will be closed today due to wind and to ensure that we can keep the base that our snowmaking crew has worked hard on so far this season. The good news is around 9 p.m. tonight that four letter r-word is looking to turn into snow with a forecast of about 5” of heavy snow that will help keep our base ready for snowmaking to return Sunday.

If there is one thing that people know about small towns is that we are proud. And one of the things that we really proud of is how well our mountain ops crew can recover from a day like today. While our trail count has dipped a little bit, you’ll be surprised at how well our trails with man-made snow have held up after the wet day we’ve had.

We’re reporting on 28 trails being open but this could change. Our glades are on hold until we can get an okay from ski patrol and the mountain crew and Upper is on hold depending on the amount of snow we end up getting so this report could change throughout the day. All in all though, it's going to be a rocking day to kick off the MLK weekend.

Tubing will be opening slightly later to let us work on the lanes. Stay tuned.

And there’s always a way to have fun at Titus. We have live music by KTK  from 5 to 9 p.m. and great food at Moon Valley Grill. We’re pretty confident that winter is right around the corner again!

Boy oh boy... yesterday was awesome. We were ripping on all Lower and Middle Mountain trails and no matter how long you were out—you always found some powder.

Our groomers had their work cut out for themselves last night as they brought all Upper Mountain trails online and made some smooth corduroy throughout Lower and Middle as well. Although the mercury is going to be a bit low tidat, we expect the sun to be shining which will make for some nice crisp conditions. Plus… powder stashes throughout all 50 trails. Snowmaking is expected to resume today so that we can have a bullet-proof base in case Mother Nature decides to throw us another curveball this month.

Happy skiing and riding folks.

Hip-hip hooray. Not only is today a great last day of the long weekend, it’s the start of a great week of seasonal temperatures and snow in the forecast. After a rough Friday, our mountain crew kicked it into high gear and Mother Nature even lent a hand with some natural white & fluffy. Our snow crew has taken it from there and they are back on track making snow in areas that need a little touch up.

Temps are in gaining – still wear that extra layer – but they are looking promising as we move forward. To finish out this weekend we are ripping on all 50 trails, glades and features, top to bottom here at Titus. See you on the slopes!

Today is what a fine day of January is supposed to look like – temps are forecasted for the mid 20s and there may even be some flurries accumulating in the afternoon for about an inch of fun powder.

Mid-week skiing is what it is all about today – midweek pricing with the freedom of pretty much the whole mountain to yourself. We’ll be skiing and riding all the way from Maple Run to Rock Garden and everything in-between. Our grooming and snowmaking crew are still pulling all nighters to ensure an awesome second half of January. See you out there.

Today is a beautiful January day for skiing and snowboarding at Titus Mountain with the temps sitting in the mid-20s and the sun peeking through in the afternoon. We even have some fresh snow falling in the morning—this is what it is all about! Both the Lower and Middle mountain will be open today with 38 trails and glades with some amazing conditions thanks to our team of snowmakers and groomers. Thanks to a little help from Ma Nature though, there are still some hidden powder stashes to be found around the mountain as well. See you on the slopes!

Hold on to your helmets folks, tomorrow is going to be a day you may talk about for years to come. Temps are going to be in the mid-30s and the sun will make its way through the clouds for a beautiful bluebird day. We’re skiing 100% of the mountain tomorrow with perfect corduroy where you want it, some powder where you desire, and the wind at your backs. We’re talking perma-smile kind of day.

Not only are conditions on point, lots of events are going to be keeping you busy as well. Passholder Appreciation Day is tomorrow and pro skiers Andy Parry and Khai Krepela will be taking laps in the park all day as part of the Newschoolers Tell a Friend Tour. Close the day with live music in the lodge by Josee & Erik from 5-8 and night skiing ‘til 10.

If you find yourself a bit hungry, don’t forget that our new Bullwheel Bistro is open at the Upper Lodge from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a delicious plate and refreshing beverage. Yuengling is sponsoring our CHALLENGE race so cozy up to the bar for some fun giveaways at the Lower.

See you on the slopes.
