Well the GFS basically has a 1-5 inch event thru sunday night.. It looks like a I95 low..... The other models are similar

obviously things can change..

Hey, when the base is good and things aren’t terrible (kind of like now) 3 inches (with no real wind) can make a world of difference.  Not a powder day but, especially in this season of hiccups, it can be welcome.  I think Harvey was really hoping for the 6+ as legit though......

Thinking McCauley tomorrow. Then if this storm for Sunday materializes book a last minute room in Rutvegas and catch the powderflu for Monday at Killington or Pico. Maybe Gore or Pico Sunday beforehand.

Waiting until Saturday though for any VT decisions. High bust potential with this storm.

NAM has no snow for the Sat event and minimal snow for late Sunday into Monday

Uuuuggghhh......looks like another nail biter Sunday?  Nothing significant if it snows, but enough to shit things up if it’s ncp to freeze.

I was planning on going to Kton Sunday and Monday..Not anymore

I'm planning on going to K and Pico Sat and Sun. Fingers are crossed the precip comes in mid-late afternoon and I can at least squeeze in 4 or 5 hours Sunday.

That will probably work..
I'm off monday and tues.. F'n pissed

Aside from a couple of rain events..the temps look seasonable..

Still your thinking?  Seems like cold air could be in place for a start as snow most places, with a transition to rain at some point, earlier southern zones, later northern zones, with possibly high peaks summits staying all snow?  Either way, doesn’t look like a lot of QPF, so no matter what happens maybe it won’t be too bad, with maybe a little wrap around?

Wishful thinking?

Saturday looks like a great day, sunny with seasonable temps.  Platty be calling my name....

Ten day starting to hint at an event next week Thurs into the weekend, but not liking ADK forecast highs in the mid and upper 30s (or more), possibly staying warm and wet into the weekend.
