Towards the bottom of the piece there is a video that features the "Silver Sliders" - a group of 70-somethings who ski 100 days a year.

At one point they show them actually hiking and earning turns.

no snowboards or tele skis in heaven. i just read only fixed heeled ski will be allowed, sorry...
