A Fine Whine

Lots of whining going down on the interwebz. NoVT whining about the Mansfield snow stake.  Mount snow is crowded.  Power out at Killington.

Help others cope by sharing your disappointments!

I got nothin. What you got?

As you say, there's plenty of whining in the world. Why do you feel like you need to start a thread for more?

Anyone who goes to a big mountain during a holiday should stick with wine, because no one wants to hear about the other kind.

The blackout dates for my free warren miller ticket to Sugarbush run until the 5th, instead of the 1st like I thought. :(

I think all the WM vouchers had blackout days on them, generally the Christmas weeks and a couple long weekends (MLK for instance) Some of them were good for a free tickets early season but turned into BOGOs after a certain date. I was already frustrated by the SB ones because it’s been years since I could get up there midweek. Belle and Gore I consistently took advantage of though.

It’s a rough holiday week for snow sports but if that’s all you have in life I feel sorry for you (that’s not directed to anyone here in particular- just a general statement). All this will pass, it always does. Use this time to its fullest.
Don't ski the trees, ski the spaces between the trees.

It must suck going through life whining and crying like a baby. It would be like whining about having to wait in a 10 minute liftline.

I got nothing either Harv

Nothing's a problem if you don't ski and just go to the bar.

Too many open chairs. I would be livid while waiting in the massive lines at GP so it would completely ruin my day.

Such First World Problems i agree with lots of you here ...... just adapt and deal with stuff , be versatile , there IS more to life than skiing .

No whining here at all!!  Family is healthy and we all had nice vacations. I just got back from visiting a buddy who has one of the best addresses in the USA if you are a skier and I have 11 ski days in before the New Year.

There is not much to whine about.
