My daughter is not ready to go as well, once she saw the fun I was having she was now eager to try her skills in the ADK back Country. We are hooked, why would I ever want to buy a lift ticket again...
nice! if i didn't live in pa i would definatley spend most of time skiing around the woods doing back/cross country (bcXcd) and try to split my trips up half alpine lift served/ half bcXcd. I tried to get my son to buy into it last weekend but at 15 he's a speed/adrenaline freak and just wants to fly on and off the snow - wouldn't have any part of it.
