I'll have mine there. Hopefully it's sunny so I can drop the top. Told the ol' Lady she had to sit atop the back seat and do the beauty queen wave. Not sure she's game.
There's some sort of festivities afterward at the Magic Forest which is south of LG.
I saw one Mustang II. There may have been more. Kind of a rare car?,,,usually don't see them. However a guy living behind me has one all mod-ed up. Vroom Vroom motor. Wide azz tires. Wheelie bars. He's handicapped to some degree and sometimes has a friend tool slowly around the sub-division doing burnouts as he goes. I stopped him once. He was all apologetic but I told him no worries, I just wanted to check out the car. It wasn't too bad. Not my fav car. It would easily turn those wide tires during burn outs.
I messed up. The parade ended at Magic Forest's parking lots where the cars parked. My gal had to go, so I just drove through once quickly before taking her home. I should have went back. Way too many really cool Mustangs to miss but I did.
My gal is somewhat silly. Last year at the Lake George car rally, I was sitting first at a red light. So, BURNOUT!!!!
As the tires squealed she shouted " STOP IT ! STOP IT! STOP IT! ".
Well as soon as I stopped, she turned to me grinning and all wild eyed " DO IT AGAIN ! DO IT AGAIN ! DO IT AGAIN ! ".
