So last night, being without spouse (girl w-end shopping...), and, knowing that
S.B.R. was part way through a 2-week batchelor stint (Jenny in Cuba), and, most
importantly, having acquired a new quiver addition, I invited him over for dinner.
We enjoyed some nice Malbec - the original from Cahors, France....
and chowed on Jerk Chicken and Caribbean rice and peas.

Mostly, we stared at these...though S.B.R. will deny it.

Elan Boomerangs....140/120/130, 190cm.
They have nice shovel rocker.....

For comparison, here they are next to S.B.R's namesake Sickbirds (I own a pair too, but defer the rider status to you know who...)

S.B.R concluded that they look very "slarvey".

Who knew?
I can't wait to slarve some pow with them.
