Damn, that's terrible. If he was attacked it sounds like self defense. Obviously more to the story. By him being the one to call 911 he wasn't running from the situation.

Yeah, it will be interesting to hear more details as the story develops but I’m not too hopeful that he’s innocent. His recent behavior sure has been odd.

Definitely a lot yet to be learned here.

Cummings claims that he was sprayed with a burning chemical and shot the guy in self defense.

My gut says he’s guilty af.
