Ugh, was hoping nobody would ask
Real loooooong story short.
Somehow during my rehab I tore my ACL, AGAIN, and I'm not real happy about it. In fact, pretty darn pissed off over it, but there's nothing I can do except brace it up and deal with it.
I only made 3 runs due to the snow being 'firm" and very choppy. Knee was just ok, sore and swollen, but made it thru. I'll be back again this sunday with hopes of softer snow and a better out come.
Coach---thanks for the tip. Don't plan on any of that until knee gets stronger.
