Gore 2/4/11

I took the day off and headed up on Thurday night.  Today was a bluebird day in the morning with nice cord on most of the mountain.  Favorite run was Lower Darby (favorite all season; left side.)  Today favored the right side with nice soft moogs with soft pow!  Lies on the right side zipper line was sweet after the first 30 yards of scattered ice.  Other hightlight was Lower Steilhang, finally opened;  it was fantastic! Also, took my son on the Godi for the the first time after a few on the front side........ we went to the Northquad.  Powder  Pass (under Northquad lift) has pow on the left side for those who hit it early on Sat. there will be some left.  Sleeping Bear had some of the best snow on the mountain this blue was a  very soft, plush, and sweet.

 Did not ski any trees.  Leaving that for last.

Hehehe. I don't. I can't ski trees or most moguls to save my life. That,^^^, was a play on words, a joke.

Hey, I thought it was funny.

It is better to be off piste then on piste that is correct (opinion wise), but I would rather be on piste then  no piste---ie. sitting home watching TV, , etc.

As long as you're not piste on.........that would piste you off.
